My path to success has to be strategically planned and implemented in order for my goals to go accordingly. To become an effective business manager you have to first get a degree in your specific area of interest. My area happens to be Business Management. I want to become a manager at a company that I can grow and learn from. I would like to specialize in Human Resource Management so that I can train, hire, and motivate people within a business.
For furthering my business career, I plan to attend a graduate school that will be feasible for specialization fields, tuition, and scholarship opportunities. I attended a Diversity Leadership Program in August 2010, so I could gain knowledge on the various companies, as well as, develop networks with the many organizations and future business students that were in attendance.

To obtain a position after I graduate with my MBA, business students must develop a relationship through clerkships or externships with firms that may be possible employers after completing graduate school. I have been in contact with business men and women in high positions in large states, from companies such as Enterprise Rent-A- Car and Lockheed Martin, that will be beneficial for me while in graduate school, and after graduate. These particular networks are able to educate and teach me aspects of the industry that a person can only obtain through experience. This knowledge will put me in a position to gain employment in the corporate sector after obtaining my Masters.

After gaining experience in the corporate sector, I plan on integrating into Human Resource Management. I have gained strong networks at this point in my life, and I plan on keeping these relationships strong, so I can gain knowledge on how this industry operates. Integrating into Human Resource Management is easier when you know a person already in a position to help you integrate. Any opportunity that prevails, that I may gain knowledge or networks that can educate me on something unfamiliar to me, I take it.

I will continue to excel and take advantage of any opportunity in front of me, to pave the path for my success. My drive and determination are going to be the forces that allow me to be successful. I am willing to work as hard as possible to make my goals a reality. In about five years, those goals will be reality, and my goals have elaborated to fit what I have already accomplished.

Sincerely,

Tiffany K. Wilson
