I am a senior at Savannah State University interested in interviewing for a position in the Management Training Program with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I believe that Enterprise has the ideal culture in which to pursue my goal of becoming an innovative and responsible manager and contributing to the company's outstanding status in the business market.
Academically, my extensive course work in the business department at Savannah State University has allowed me to gain an understanding and appreciation for the success your company exhibits. I also have studied broader elements of business management, including customer development and clerical work as a part of my recent studies. As a part of my studies, I worked for the Admissions Office and examined their management strategies, as well as other institutions, in an effort to discover the most effective and efficient manner to promote the upcoming school year. I also worked with an advertising company called HH City Maps as a sales associate.This rewarding experience of working for various companies and schools has sharpened my desire to expand in this field and helped me develop the tools I need to be an effective administrator. I have been able to spend time working for Savannah State University specifically as a Survey Assistant, which has further strengthened my interest in management and working for a company such as yours.
By working at my previous jobs I have gained a chance to experience working and training people in computer technology as well as developing outlines for expanding and improving a company. My experience working for my university, has provided me with a strong base of communication knowledge and helped me learn how to develop and work on several projects at once, build relationships with campus officials, work quickly and efficiently, and further developed my interest in becoming a better manager.
