Cultural Diversity
In this assignment for my Human Resource class I had to create a Cultural Diversity Training program that focused on ways to improve a company by hiring more diverse people. Every company goes about their hiring process in different ways. My job was to discuss the importance of maintaining a great relationship with a variety of people. I had to state the legal aspects of not having a diverse company as well as the discrimination and ethics of not hiring people from different backgrounds. I used this powerpoint as a guideline when presenting my information to the class.
